Summary: As the MBA intern on a billion-dollar brand, I synthesized extensive quantitative and qualitative data from point of sale data (Nielsen), market research, industry reports, social listening (Bazaar Voice), and competitive positioning to create a data-driven business case for a new product development. Collaborated with a 25-person cross-functional team in Research & Engineering, Finance, Consumer Insights, Digital/Social, Commercialization, Legal, and Marketing.

Role: Project Lead

Results: Gained buy-in from senior leaders on a go-to-market strategy for a new product in $1B feminine care segment with estimated $11MM annual sales and $500K+ cost savings. Successfully pitched side project to improve the UX/UI of the most popular page on the brand’s website.
